Welcome to the Clay-Battelle Health Services Association

The Clay-Battelle Health Services Association has served the communities of northern West Virginia and southwestern Pennsylvania through locations in Blacksville and Burton, West Virginia since 1973. Affordable medical and behavioral health services are provided at both locations with dental services and a retail pharmacy in Blacksville. Discounted care is also offered for eligible patients.

Joe Tuttle, West Virginia's Father of Primary Care, 1938-2014

The Clay-Battelle Health Services Association remembers its founding father, Joe Tuttle. Joe was instrumental in starting our health center, and many more around West Virginia. In his more than 40 year career of bringing healthcare to people across our state, he touched many lives.
